At our purpose-built training centre you will learn proper bike craft and correct machine control. The centre features an off-road course and test area that has been specially created to include road markings, roundabouts and some major and minor road junctions.

This gives you a great opportunity to develop a good understanding of road situations, whilst learning in a safe, well-supervised environment.

Whether you are a beginner, or an established rider who is seeking to improve your road skills, our experienced training programme will allow you get the best from your motorcycle riding, both in terms of enjoyment and safety.


With certification from the DSA (Driving Standards Agency), a wealth of experience and well-equipped facilities, we offer a complete motorcycle-training package, including motorcycle and equipment hire.


All our instructors are certified by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and all have many years experience in delivering motorcycle instruction so you can rest assured you will be in safe hands.

Q. Do I need my own bike?

A. No we have up to date 50cc & 125cc bikes available for the CBT training.


Q. Can I use my own bike for the CBT?

A. Yes, your own bike must be road legal and display 'L' Plates front and back. You will also need to bring the log book, MOT and Insurance Certificate. The cost for the CBT using your own bike (including VAT) is: click here


Q. What Experience do I need?

A. None, but it helps if you can ride a push bike and have read the current Highway Code.


Q. How much does the CBT cost?

Q. Does the CBT get cancelled because of bad weather?

A. It will only get cancelled in extreme weather conditions.


Q. Do I need to do a Theory Test to take the CBT?

A. No the CBT can be taken without a Theory Test. However if you want to book your Theory Test with us, you can call us on: 01603 722800 (please note: when booking please have your driving licence ready and a debit or credit card for payment).


Q. What if I fail the CBT?

A. The CBT is an assessment, if you do not reach the required standard you can return on another day to complete the training. There is a charge for further training: click here for details.


Q. What do I need to bring with me for the CBT training?

A. Yourself and both parts of your Driving Licence, Photo Card and Counterpart.


Q. Do I need to buy my own helmet and clothing?

A.  No, we will supply all equipment for the CBT training.
